PRICE GLAZER
President, Integrity Metals
Education: Bachelor’s degree from Northwestern University, 1975. Master’s degree in financial mathematics from University of Chicago, 1998.
Industry Experience: Price has spent his entire life in the scrap industry. Starting out full time in the 1970’s as assistant manager in Connersville, Price has guided the company through hard times and good times. Now with the assistance of his wife, Martha and sons, the company has become a well respected company in the scrap recycling industry.
Organizations: Former Board member, ISRI Indiana Chapter, Former President, Beth Boruk Temple, Board member, Connersville Junior Achievement, Board member Connersville Chamber of Commerce.
Activities: Spending time with family. Golf, Poker, Reading.
MARTHA GLAZER
Executive Vice President and Secretary-Treasurer
Education: Bachelor’s degree in criminal justice and psychology from Indiana University, 1983.
Industry Experience: Martha started with the company in 1985 as assistant bookkeeper. She then moved on to become, controller, operations manager, general manager and now Secretary –Treasurer. She has been involved with human resources, accounting, operations, and sales.
Activities: Spending time with family. Tennis, cooking, reading.
JOSH CARTER
Chief Operating Officer and General Manager of Morristown Shredding Division
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Management from Indiana University, 1995.
Year started with the company: Full Time 1997
Industry Experience: Josh has been employed in numerous positions in the company. Starting out as a general laborer, Josh has learned the business from the ground up. Josh is a hands-on manager. He can operate all the cranes, loaders, shears,balers, and shredder. He has been the scale master, dispatcher, bookkeeper. He has also been involved in sales and marketing. He was operations manager of the Connersville Industrial Yard before becoming the Chief Operating Officer.
Organizations: Served on ISRI Indiana Board of Directors, 1999-2012 and became chapter president in 2007. National ISRI Board of Directors, 2009-2011, becoming Vice Chairman of National Ferrous Committee in 2012.
Richmond Boys Club Board Member, 2002-2005. Connersville Chamber of Commerce Board and Morristown Chamber of Commerce Board.
BRYAN CARTER
Operations Manager of Integrity Metals, Connersville Division and General Manager of Richmond Scrap Processing
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Management from Indiana University, 2001.
Year started with the company: Full Time 2001.
Industry Experience: General laborer. Processing aluminum cans, painting trailers, and dealing with retail customers. Experienced in running all the equipment: cranes , balers, loaders, semi-tractors, and shears. Currently serves as operations manager overseeing safety, environmental compliance, maintenance, transportation, information technology, and production in Connersville and Richmond.
Organizations: Serving on ISRI Indiana Chapter 2012.
Activities: Family time, Golf, and ski
DAVE HICKMAN
Industrial Accounts Manager
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Purchasing Management and Production Management from Bowling Green State University, 1983.
Industry Experience: David started with the company in 1989 as a sales representative. He has been involved with all aspects of sales and marketing. He has handled the purchasing from retail customers, auto wrecking yards, and factories as well as marketing to foundries.
Activities: Spending time with family, Church, Basketball, and weight lifting.
Danny Maloy
Scalemaster, Buyer, Dispatcher, Connersville Division
Education: Ansonia High School.
Industry Experience: Danny started with the company as a driver in 2000. He started out driving roll off trucks and semi tractor trailers. Because of this experience, he is very knowledgeable about handling scrap at the factory locations as well as handling issues drivers may have with hauling scrap down the roads. Danny is our retail scrap buyer as well as dispatcher of our trucks to pick up scrap.

Ryan Smith
Richmond Scrap Processor, General Manager
Education: University of Northwestern Ohio
Industry Experience: Started with the company in 2008 as scale retail buyer. Ryan has been the manager of the Richmond Scrap yard since 2008. He takes care of customers and handles the operation. He is capable of running the cranes and loaders and is in charge of the maintenance of them.
Activities: Motorcycling, outdoors and all sports.
