Family owned and operated since 1951.
 

In the early 1900's, Robert Glazer brought the family from Eastern Europe to this country for the freedom and economic opportunities provided. Our family ended up settling in Anderson, Indiana, where other distant relatives had already settled. 

Robert, along with his sons, George and Henry, began like many other Jewish immigrants as small peddlers with horse and wagon, trading anything and everything from small appliances to animal hides.

From these humble beginnings they built a small business, which grew to be a major scrap metal recycling and processing business in Indiana. Today, our family is still in the same business. We have kept up the tradition of integrity and service, as well as keeping the entrepreneurial spirit that is so important to our industry as well as our country.

Currently employing the 4th generation of the family, adding to over 118 years of combined experience in the industry.
